Free Estimates: We provide free, no-obligation estimates for most services. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided.
Pricing: Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service, material costs, permit requirements, and scope changes. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding.
Emergency Services: Emergency service calls may be subject to additional fees due to after-hours, weekend, or holiday scheduling.
Appointments: We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. Delays may occur due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a service fee.
No-Shows: If you are not present for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a trip charge may apply to reschedule.

Workmanship Warranty: We guarantee our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of service completion.

You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to secure any pets during our service visit. You are responsible for ensuring that our technicians can safely access electrical panels, attics, crawl spaces, and other work areas.
All work is performed in accordance with applicable electrical codes. When required, we will obtain necessary permits. Permit fees are separate from service charges and will be included in your estimate.
If you request changes to the scope of work after service has begun, additional charges may apply. We will provide a revised estimate before proceeding with any changes.
